All paid plans (Solo, Pro, Team, and Enterprise) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Technical Debt Radar for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan features until then. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
The Free plan does not require payment and is available indefinitely. No refund applies as there is no charge.
AI credits are consumed as you use AI-powered features. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds do not restore consumed AI credits.
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, email us at support@technicaldebtradar.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
