Technical Debt Radar is a PR safety gate service that analyzes pull requests for architecture violations, runtime risks, performance anti-patterns, and reliability issues. The service is provided as a SaaS product with CLI, GitHub App, GitHub Action, and GitLab integrations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of code analysis and quality enforcement. You may not use the service to: reverse-engineer or extract proprietary analysis logic, exceed rate limits through automated abuse, or share account credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or PayPal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your paid period.
AI-powered features consume credits from your monthly allocation. Credits reset each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. When credits are exhausted, AI features are disabled but deterministic features continue working.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Technical Debt Radar is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: false positives or negatives in analysis results, blocked PRs, or service downtime.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
